No, you generally cannot use your cell phone to solve puzzles or search for answers inside an escape room. While you are welcome to keep your phone in your pocket or secure storage, using search engines, flashlights, or recording devices during the game ruins the immersion, spoils secret puzzle mechanisms, and bypasses the intentional design of the game.

It Spoils the Narrative Immersion: Immersive escape rooms transport you into a distinct time and story—whether you are stepping into a 19th-century vaudeville magic parlor or Thomas Edison's historic laboratory. Staring at a modern smartphone screen breaks the illusion for you and your teammates.
All Clues Are Self-Contained: Every clue, cipher, and combination needed to beat the clock is located entirely inside the room. You will never need outside trivia, internet access, or external math tools to solve a puzzle.
Prop Protection & Game Spoilers: Taking photos or video inside active rooms spoils surprise hidden compartments and custom mechanical props for future players.
Exceptions: When Cell Phones ARE Allowed
Emergency Calls: If you are expecting an urgent medical call or need to step out for a family matter, you may step out of your private game room at any time.
Post-Game Victory Photos: Once you beat the clock (or run out of time!), your Game Master will gladly host a photoshoot with your team holding custom victory props in front of our room set pieces!
